Where needed, we can provide skilled tradesmen specialising in carpentry, plastering, plumbing, heating, roofing, brickwork, electrical installations, tiling and decorating.

You can rest assured, the plumbers on your site are BPEC trained. A Gas Safe-registered professional also undertakes any work involving your boiler and central heating.

Established in 1979, Colin Lynch Builders has a long and proud trading history in Enfield and throughout North London. Our company’s proprietors are Colin and Paul Lynch. Colin formed the company, and Paul now runs it to the same unmatched standards. We pride ourselves on the amount of trade we receive through repeat customers and our reputation for excellence. In fact, many of our customers span multiple generations.

For larger jobs like house extensions and loft conversions, we offer a complete end-to-end service that ensures the project runs to an efficient conclusion. In the pre-build phase, this involves help with the design or working with a designated architect of your choosing.

During the physical build, your site manager will be at your property for the duration, giving you a constant point of contact for any queries you may have. Of course, we also provide regular progress updates too, so you’re never in the dark about the work taking place at your home.
